Introduction:

 Now
in SAC AACE, there are such 4 lines that are
respectively described as below:
No.1 line, capable of making aluminum framework
for doors, windows and curtain walls, with annual
turnover of about RMB￥50,000,000.00;
No.2 line, for glass-deep-processing, with
annual turnover of about RMB￥5,000,000.00 to
10,000,000.00.
No.3 line, used to process compound boards,
with annual turnover of about RMB￥10,000,000.00.
For the purpose of supporting the above-mentioned
3 lines, we have built the 4th line with annual
productive capacity of 1,000 tons aluminum extrusions.
Being ranked GradeⅠenterprise nation-wide
in architectural adornment construction, SAC
AACE is boasting more than 300 people and 60,000,000
Yuan of RMB in capital. The products cover such
4 ranges as curtain-wall, doors and windows
of aluminum and plastic-coated steel extrusions,
sunlight roof and adornment. In 1997, 1998 and
1999, SAC AACE was in 3 years succession nominated
for the "Advanced Enterprise of Adornment
in Shenyang Metropolis". From marketing
paint of view, SAC AACE need improvement in
both of the product ranges and productive capacity,
i.e. 1,000 tons of premium-grade aluminum extrusions
for thermo sonic insulation are projected on
the plan to construct curtain walls with an
area of 26,000 ㎡ as well as door and windows
with an area of 80,000㎡ and therefore the partner
for cooperation shall put an investment not
less than ￥10, 000,000.00 in RMB.

Introduction:

 During
the 9th 5-year plan, the State granted SAC WMCS
with a loan of 46.9 million Yuan in RMB, making
sure of the investment to accelerate the upgrade
of machinery equipment. Right now, Update phaseⅡ
is going on the welding facilities and storing
house. SAC WMCS is boasting 121employees, among
which, graduates from colleges and special schools
are accounted for 80%, among those, 14 are entitled
to senior positions, and 20 are to the middle.
Update phaseⅠset the focus on introducing new
machinery equipment by importation from abroad,
i.e. NC-turret punching press, NC-shearing press
and NC-bending press form LVD in Belgium; Performer
4-sheet-metal forming center with flexibility
from SALVAGNINI in Italy and the paint-coating
line by electro-static charges from GEMA in
Switzerland.
Nowadays, SAC WMCS is boasting the state-of-the-art
machinery equipment for sheet metal forming
and finishing. The technology of CAD (Computer-Aided
Design) is adopted for product development,
which is now being transformed to CATIA. The
NC-Revolving Magazine is our proprietary product
that was in 1996 awarded two prizes for new
product to both the Shenyang Municipal and the
State levels and entitled to Patent Certificate
No.93245671.5. The Prize of Grade Ⅲ for Science-Tech-Progress
was granted by AVIC CorporationⅠto the Storing
House For Sheet Metals. Now SAC WMCS is certified
by ISO 9001 Quality System. SAC WMCS is superior
in talents and technology and ready to jointly
organize special factory and aluminum extrusion
factory with any cooperators who would like

Introduction:

 SAC
LAF is specialized in developing and manufacturing
cross-country light vehicles. There is a production
line with an annual capacity of 5,000 vehicles.
Recently, we have the vehicle up-graded, i.e.
we have successfully developed a new type of
light cross-country vehicle with high maneuverability
and henceforth filled up a vacuum space in China.
This project need an investment totaled in 588
million in RMB Yuan (not including the charge
for requisition of land), the yearly output
can be 30,000 vehicles of David Truck.

all-steel access-floor panel of resistance against
electro-static charges, we bought the proprietary
techniques and processing equipment from the
United States of America. After 2 decades since
then, SAC AFP has grown up to the nation-wide
No.1 manufacturer who can produce all-steel
access-floor panel and accessories of resistance
against electro-static charges, with an annual
capacity of more than 800,000 pieces supported
by 374 employees and 80 sets of electro-machinery
equipment in addition to the fixed assets worth
of 40 million-plus Yuan in RMB. Seeking for
